Keysolve News Bulletin March 2006
This month sees Keysolve celebrating its first
year in its purpose developed new offices, after 9 years in
the Wicklow Business Park. With the continued expansion of its
sales and support services Keysolve had outgrown the offices in
the Business Park, and after a 9 month redevelopment moved into
its new offices in Keysolve House in March 2005.
The new offices are in the heart of the Wicklow
Town's urban business district and central to all services.
Business has grown rapidly over the last few years
so it was essential that Keysolve found itself a location that
would allow it take advantage of the essential business elements
such as broadband and also have room to expand as Keysolve continues
to expand.
A major reason for Keysolve's success is its customer
support services therefore it is essential that the business has
both the technology and room to ensure it can continue to provide
its renowned quality customer care services.
As Ireland's sole Distributor of the Earnie Payroll
software and with the assistance of the countrywide accredited
reseller channel Earnie sales has achieved unparallel success
and all forecasts are for it yet again to surpass expectations.
2005
also saw Keysolve achieve Exchequer Software Platinum Partner
Accreditation for the Excequer Accounting Software. This is
the first time that an Exchequer Partner in Ireland has been awarded
with such an accreditation and as such will further strengthen
the relationship between Exchequer Software and Keysolve. This
accreditation will also mean that Keysolve will have additional
input into the ongoing development of the Exchequer Enterprise
Accounting Software in Ireland. "Coming after successive
awards for Reseller of the Year from Exchequer Software this is
an accreditation that we are particularly delighted to have won".
Keysolve is the only company in Ireland to have
been awarded Platinum Partner status and as such uniquely places
the company to provide the full set of software, consultancy and
support services throughout Ireland and across all business sectors,
with particular focus on Distribution, Construction and the Charity/
not for Profit markets.
During 2005 many large-scale integrated solutions
were supplied by Keysolve involving both Exchequer Enterprise
and Earnie. Leveraging on its investment in staff training, accreditation
and the wealth of industry experience to deliver these specialised
services our customers were able to migrate or upgrade to the
new products in a painless and timely manner with the very minimum
disruption to their business
Keysolve's plans for 2006 are simply to continue to maintain our
close relationship with our valued customers and ensure we carry
on investing in the necessary staff and infrastructure to allow
us to grow whilst at the same time continue to provide our clients
with world class solutions.
We will be looking closely at the trends in the
market place and expect to launch a number of new products and
services over the coming year.
